Artist Statement
If there is one thing that connects the human experience, it’s the Earth that we all inhabit. No matter what path you take in life, the Earth will always play a role whether you realize it or not. We all live under the same sun and sky, and we touch the same dirt and water. Our legs and our feet root us directly to the Earth almost constantly. As significant the Earth is to our own vitality, we are just as responsible for sustaining its life.
Our shoes represent the limitless interpretations and bonds we create with the Earth. From its molten core to the flora growing on the surface, to the life soaring overhead. Life and Earth comes in many forms. We created the brand rooted sol with sustainability at the forefront of our mission. Natural dyes and thrifted fabrics reduce our carbon footprint with every step taken in these shoes.
